Sunday night’s Oscars were magical, celebrating the magic of film; however, the after parties included a tremendous amount of sparkle, skin, & jewels as stars attend either or both the Vanity Fair Oscars Party or the bash for the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Tonight’s Critics Choice Awards bring us one step closer to the climax of awards season for film, but this particular ceremony includes stars of both the big screen & small screen to unite & celebrate their talent, accomplishments, & of course fashion! There were so many trends of the night, continuing the glitz that we saw last weekend at the Golden Globe Awards, including dramatic metallic gown, classic black dresses with cut-outs, neutral / champagne tones, midi-length designs, variations on the naked dress, bold pops of color, & multicolored dresses.

Fashion Flashback: Remembering Vivienne Westwood’s Legacy on the Red Carpet & Screen!

British fashion legend Vivienne Westwood passed away today at the age of 81. Her career began in the 1970s, proving relevant every decade with its blatantly refreshing combination of punk meets glam.
