On a recent quick trip to Walmart, I took a stroll down the clearance-lined shoe aisle, & came across these dramatic knotted flats, perfect when needing a classic black option with a little extra flair—for only $7!

What an accomplished & impressive career she has lead, in addition to earning 2 Academy Award nominations. The British star is expected to wow audiences in the big screen, two-part adaptation of Broadway’s Wicked, playing the green, evil Elphaba, but it’s her flair for drama on the red carpet that I’m most excited to discuss. She’s a fearless, one of a kind lover of fashion, bold when it comes to patterns, proportions, feathers, silhouettes, towering footwear, & extra sparkle. I’ll be honest, I never paid much attention to Zoey’s public appearances, but upon learning of her 28th birthday today & setting out on a mission for a post today, I stand corrected! As a blonde, brunette, or redhead, Zoey is a style chameleon, exuding confidence, grace, & joy in every look. Her modern minimalism rivals her penchant for traditional Hollywood glam—I can’t decide which is better.
