So a pair of high heels may not be on every Style Darling’s holiday wishlist & it’s nearly impossible to buy someone else high heels as a surprise—unless you’ve received a specific request, you know their style & size to a tee, or you’re a stylist who can read people’s style needs easily. However, for the rest of us, some high heels remain a dream & that’s fine. That’s not to say that I’ve hung up my high heel collection & passion, but we’re taking a break in the name of happy arches & comfortable days at work. I don’t normally promote juniors department clothing, but when I see something all over Instagram, I have to investigate to find out more! Specifically, I mean the No Boundaries scoop neck top with floral bell sleeves in brilliant red, black soot, hunter green, & winter white @Walmart ($17.98, available in sizes XS-3X).

If you search #walmartfashion on the ‘Gram, you’ll see what I mean; however, I love the sleeve detail, especially in green! This top can be worn in so many ways this season, including with a sequin midi skirt, plaid trousers, faux leather leggings, winter white corduroys, or velvet joggers. Take your pick of jeweled ballet flats, embellished evening sandals, velvet pointy toe pumps, or suede ankle boots & your outfit is set!

She can wear anything! I’ll be honest, I never paid much attention to Zoey’s public appearances, but upon learning of her 28th birthday today & setting out on a mission for a post today, I stand corrected! As a blonde, brunette, or redhead, Zoey is a style chameleon, exuding confidence, grace, & joy in every look. Her modern minimalism rivals her penchant for traditional Hollywood glam—I can’t decide which is better. The very controversial 5th season of Netflix’s original dramatization if the royal family, The Crown, continues to make headlines as the trailer has finally been released.

The highly anticipated season premiere will stream on November 9th, featuring Elizabeth Debicki as the ill-fated Princess Diana, a role that previously earned Emma Corrin a Golden Globe. Also, Imelda Staunton portrays The Queen, Jonathan Pryce is Prince Phillip, Dominic West is Prince Charles, Lesley Manville is Princess Margaret (filling the glamorous heels of Vanessa Kirby & Helena Bonham Carter), Olivia Williams is Camilla Parker-Bowles, Claudia Harrison is Princess Anne, & Johnny Lee Miller is Prime Minister John Major.

Additionally, the 90s setting will also put Princes William & Harry in the spotlight. It’s even been announced that the role of Kate Middleton has been cast.

Each fall, I’m more & more impressed by the affordable & stylish items from Time & Tru @Walmart, especially as each season, they reinvent staple must-haves that prove to be best sellers. This includes a cozy non-sweater top that looks like a sweater.

There are some accessories or around-the-house pieces I was always rely on until I just can’t wear them anymore. That definitely applies to slippers. In our high ranch house, since we live most of the time upstairs, I keep a pair in the bedroom for early, chilly mornings & when getting ready for bed.
