During a recent jaunt to Kohl’s (with some Kohl’s cash to burn), I was pleasantly greeted with a smocked tank that can seamlessly be styled from day to night in a variety of ways. While I can’t recommend this top enough, it is made from a rather sheer fabric, which is why I stayed away from buying the white.
