Watch This Style: The First Trailer for Season 3 of Emily in Paris!

Just days ago, the first images of Lily Collins, Ashley Park, & more from Emily in Paris’ highly-anticipated third season we’re released.

Now we have a trailer, with a tongue-and-cheek tough decision that Emily Cooper faces. We think it’s about her love triangle or sudden career crisis, but there’s more to it as Emily’s style is such an integral part of her identity. Watch the trailer below:

Additionally, what audiences thought would be an early 2023 release of this third foray into Netflix’s fashionable fish out of water story is corrected as the season will be available to stream on December 21st! Just in time for awards season & Lily to rock the most gorgeous frocks on a press tour to promote the latest episodes in the series.

Super Style Wishlist: Karl Lagerfeld Paris Carlisle Pumps!

A few weeks ago, I was taking a quick walk through my local Macy’s & was stopped & stunned to find these:

The Karl Lagerfeld Paris Carlisle pump in black (on sale: $118.30) floored me! I’m not a major name brand shopper—I’m more of an admirer from a far. However, I couldn’t help myself, gawking mouth agape & all, thinking of the kind of life a woman wearing these shoes must live. Then, my mind went into a tailspin of styling possibilities: a tailored suit with a bow-neck blouse, cocktail dress for New Year’s Eve, a fit & flare dress with a leather jacket for date night, or a tunic sweater & studded jeggings. No matter the style, these are fierce shoes, going on my wishlist! Truth be told, I’ll likely never actually purchase them, fearing my budget-oriented voice of reason would judge & guilt me over all the other ways I could have invested my money… Oh well!

Quickie Darling Deal & Steal: ModCloth Can Take You To Paris (With A Necklace)!

I’ve been spending a lot of time lately scoping out other bloggers, getting to know them, getting inspired, getting to learn more abot how I can improve Style Darling. In my time clicking & clicking, I’ve been noticing a trend of statement necklaces (it’s not like I’m just figuring this out) that I can’t stop thinking about.  Of course, I’ve mentioned countless times that my budget is so super tight, it’s practically suffocating, but there’s no harm in looking.  While searching on ModCloth, one of my favorite vintage-inspired sites, I found the Cities Oui Love Necklace ($29.99).  This unique piece brings the luxury of the Parisian skyline right to your wardrobe.

We all love a fun graphic tee, splashed with some grafitti-inspired French saying, but in blending the always fashionable amour of France with the trend of a statement necklace makes for the perfect balance of experimentation & forward thinking.  Let this hang over a silk camisole & skinny jeans, or turn some heads by pairing it with an all-white sheath dress.  The black will stand out & you’ll be called a modern day Audrey Hepburn.

I should also mention that even though the necklace costs the total of about five necklaces that you could buy @Forever 21, it’s always a smart investment to find pieces unique to your personality & style, setting you apart from the other Style Darlings ruling the world.  Happy Styling!
