So I wasn’t going to completely ignore the trails of Fashion Week throughout Europe after the polished & sophisticated duds that walked the runways in London. Therefore, it’s time to look at what was going on during Milan Fashion Week! I know from first-hand experience that fashion thrives on the cobblestone streets of Italy, which is where a part of my heart is still beating. I’ve collected nearly 90 images from the tribal-inspired & somewhat controversial new collection from Dolce & Gabbana‘s latest Spring 2013 Ready-To-Wear line, featuring a combination of polka dots & stripes, mashed in with literal burlap sack frocks & African-inspired decorative figurines. Of course some of these over-the-top pieces will make a splash on red carpets for this upcoming awards season.
