I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again… I love any & everything that Rachel Zoedoes! The amazing celebrity stylist & designer has joined forces with ShoeDazzleas their newest chief stylist, offering advice to shoppers who are looking for affordable glamour. While I know I can’t make the financial investment in a pair of Rachel Zoe Collection shoes, I can absolutely support this collaboration since it’s all in the name of shoes!
Check out the website for Rachel’s picks, some of which I’ve included above. The Madelaine pumps ($39.95) are floral wonders, perfect for mixing your winter separates as the season changes. Next, to go along with the cap toe trend, the Dana pumps ($43.95) are perfect for coordinating your neutrals with other pops of color. For those of you looking for comfort, the Maude wedges ($39.95) are sophisticated & luxe with a velvety texture & contrasting wooden heel. Lastly, the Alejandra booties ($44.95) are modern, feminine, & chic if worn with edgy pieces like leather leggings, a motorcycle jacket, or cut-out LBD.
However, courtesy of In Style, we have some amazing images of Rachel’s latest pre-Fall collection, which includes a lot of 60s-inspiration with her signature 70s / boho chic elegance. Rachel told the magazine, “I am so madly in love with this Pre-Fall collection! I really wanted to add a lot of mod elements to this season, the 60s is truly one of my favorite eras… We also expanded a ton on suiting, which will always be my signature, but we added an amazing new pencil skirt which should be a staple in everyone’s closet. There are definitely still some elements of the ‘70s too and the leathers and faux fur are to die for.”
There’s definitely evidence of inspiration here from icons like Coco Chanel, with the glamorous & tailored suits. Not to mention that the more delicate pieces like mini dresses in soft fabrics & glittery cocktail dresses show off a youthful flair that Rachel is famous for bringing out in clients like Eva Mendes, Anne Hathaway, & Molly Sims.
Take a look at some of the best images from the multifaceted collection that will be available at upscale stores like Nordstrom & Neiman Marcus. Also, check out the exclusive interview with Rachel, courtesy of Neiman Marcus where she talks about her vision for her collection, as well as her style dos! Happy Styling!
You won’t be seeing any catwalks during fashion week just featuring fashionable pouts on models (but that’s something to think about, isn’t it?), I couldn’t help but think that this story belongs in this category, so bear with me…
Celebrity super stylist Rachel Zoe is definitely making her mark with her latest venture into the world of cosmetics. As the newest brand ambassador to Exude, the new mom designed “the clear tubes, which twist to release the gel color formula,” says In Style.
The $29 price tag may make Style Darlings on a budget fearful to invest that much in a lip color, but no one ever said that you shouldn’t treat yourself to some luxury every now & again for special occasions. This would pertain to the 14 cremes & glosses available @ExudeLipstick that would accentuate the features of any skintone. The brand’s website is also currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.
In an adorable video interview with Rachel, she reveals incredible pearls of wisdom that apply to any type of stylish woman, including her motivation to be a part of the Exude brand, which is “just to provide women with a look & tools to feel fabulous all the time.” She expands this with the very relatable message that “passion takes you through life.” Of course we’re passionate about style & Rachel is giving us “a whole new way to apply lipstick.“
Is this something that you’d try for $29? Are you a fan of Rachel’s? To follow the Rachel Zoe empire, check out a feature on her first fashion line, posted back in February! Happy Styling!
