My anticipation for Anna Karenina has extended beyond Style Darling in that I’ve been writing about it for Movie Buzzers, tweeting (@MissAlissaL) as many spoilers as possible, & even sharing images from magazines on Instagram. We’re one step closer to the film, which premieres on November 16th, with the inspired collection for Banana Republic. I started talking about this back in July, which is when the trailer first hit the internet & earlier this month, I featured 8 new movie posters for the romantic drama. Stars Keira Knightley, Jude Law, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Alicia Vikander, & Kelly Macdonald were lucky enough to be dripping in luxury with the film’s costumes, but now, Banana Republic’s upcoming collection offers a modern take on the Russian decadence.
